Besides the change in clothes and damaged arm, what is different about Rudy in episode Disarmed Rudy compared to the earlier episode Battle Of The Hands?

In "Battle of the Hands", Rudy can draw with his left hand. In "Disarmed Rudy", he can't.
I also noticed that he appears to be ambidextrous in certain episodes like in "Rudy's Story", but since it only occurred once in the episode, I'm chalking it up (I DIDN'T MEAN THAT) to an animation error.

Name the three songs from the music video segments that made cameos in the episodes themselves (and name the episodes)

I'll see if I can find them. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any.

Unfortunately, I don't even know where to begin to look. I've seen a bunch of episodes, but I don't ever recall there being any 'cameo songs' with the music video songs appearing in an episode. I tried looking at the episode titles so see the song titles themselves, but none of them ring a bell.

Here are the three songs that make "cameos":
An instrumental of "Mumbo Jumbo Jump" appeared in "Asleep at the Chalk".
Later in "Asleep at the Chalk", an altered version of "All Day Jam" played, called "All Night Jam".
Finally in "My Big Fat Chalk Wedding", Rudy is singing "There You Are" at the beginning.

Oh I see. I never really noticed before. Goes to show how much I pay attention at times.

What episode has Rudy do something so bizarre that it breaks the established canon of later episodes?

Hmmm...I have two guesses.
"Chalk Rain" (since it was an Oh Yeah! short that didn't get repackaged into the show, I don't know if it counts) - Rudy brings a complete stranger into ChalkZone. He wouldn't do that in later episodes.
"Rudy's Story" - Rudy seems pretty willing to share about his adventures in ChalkZone to others (though he does refer to it as an "imaginary adventure" at the end).

You're correct! I was thinking the first one, but I forgot about the second one with Rudy's Story.
That Chalk Rain episode was amusing. He was like "Oh no a dragon is loose in ChalkZone! Whatever shall I do? Oh I know! I'll bring his creator into ChalkZone, even though I never met her before! It just makes perfect sense!" XD
Your turn!

What was the last ChalkZone episode to air on Nick in the US during the original 2002-2005 run before the leftovers were burned off in 2008?
