Okay, I'll give the answer and I'll let you pick the next question.
The answer was Bathtub Granny.
In the episode Beanie Boys To Men, there's a part where Snap says, "Bathtub Granny. Does she have feet or what?" This alludes to how, in the later episodes, you never see Granny's feet, just her head, arms, and water in the bathtub she walks around in. However, in her first appearance in Oh Yeah Cartoons, she gets up out of her tub and runs around, and in The Skrawl, she raises her foot out of her bathtub.
So somewhere between the early episodes and the newer ones, Granny lost half her body with no explaination. Snap's comment "does she have feet or what" breaks the continuity because in her early appearances, she indeed has feet.
