Why did Rudy reveal his secret to Penny, whom he may have only just met recently (if he didn't know her before she became a part of the class), but he says nothing to his parents about ChalkZone?
This is something that has had me wondering in the past. He took a really big gamble with what he did. Far as we know, he may have just met Penny in Rudy's Story, maybe a little before that. The dialogue between them suggests that they may not have known each other long. Maybe I'm thinking too much into it.
But still, it does strike me as odd that he had no qualms with showing Penny. It wasn't like she accidentally stumbled upon the world; Rudy deliberately showed it to her and dragged her inside in what seemed to be part helping her/part impressing her. Yet his own parents, whom he would have understood better as they were, well, his parents, aren't given any light on ChalkZone and remain oblivious.
Any ideas on why he took such a risk with Penny? Was it just so he could impress her? Had Penny done something that showed Rudy she was trustworthy?
