..if he had caught Rudy in the episode Follow The Bouncing Bag? He talks about how he is going to "make Rudy show him how to get into ChalkZone", but considering they are in a public place, that would have been difficult to pull off. We see later in the episode just how populated the park was at the time.
What do you guys think? How would have Vinnie tried to pull this off without drawing the attention of anyone else?

I dunno, I think it's possible that maybe he didn't even think that far ahead, just wanted to bully Rudy into showing him. Or he was planning to do something at a later point in time or something.

True. He might have been rushing into things without planning, which does sound like him.
It would be funny if he just...barked at Rudy until he gave in. XD
