For me, it is hard to choose. It is a tie between Thanksgiving and Christmas. For Thanksgiving, it's because of all the food. My family makes some delicious meals, and it has always been a favorable time of the year for me. It helps that it's not too long after my birthday (about a week and a half as my birthday is the 13th of November). For Christmas, I like the gift giving/getting thing, and of course, there's another meal with that, too, that I enjoy.
If I had to choose between the two, perhaps Thanksgiving. I'm big on food, I admit, and some of the meals my family comes up with is quite good, and I end up looking more forward to that at times than a gift. But just barely.
