Just how did it get into the real world when Rudy was 8? How, after the connection between the worlds were severed, did this chalk cross dimensions into the real world?
I played around with this idea in my fanfic, Sinful Behaviors. I think the most logical idea is that there's someone else with magic chalk out there, and they were the reason Rudy got in at all. But who is this person and where are they? Are they an ally or a friend?
It would have been nice if the show explored this more.
