Skrawl is one of my favorite villains, and definitely my favorite one of the show. He is one of those villains who is both funny and threatening. He's easily one of the smartest characters in the show, in my opinion, as his plans usually nearly succeed. He almost destroyed Rudy in his first encounter and he nearly destroyed all the magic chalk in another. The only reason he lost at all was because Snap was able to warn Rudy in time.
I personally wish they had more episodes with Skrawl in it. He was a great nemesis to Rudy. He had a lot of great lines and his banter off of other characters, even other villains, was just great.
