My favorite Snap-centered episode (without not including Penny and Rudy). This is the first time Snap goes into the real world, and he's like a little kid who just discovered a new toy store. He's so curious and seeing him try to figure things out is so cute. I'm also fond of how the episode shows some one on one interactions between Snap and Penny. It was nice how Snap wanted to hang out with Penny and do what she wanted, and I liked that Penny did what she could to keep Snap safe.
I think this is also the first episode that directly addresses the effect water has on zoners. I think it was quite painful for Snap when his hand was erased like that. Good thing Rudy was able to redraw it. At least one good thing came out of that: Snap learned very quickly that the real world can be dangerous.

I LOVE this episode! It was funny, interesting, and I loved all the Penny and Snap interactions. (You know, showing they ARE friends and DO care about each other. XD) The whole foreign exchange student thing was hilarious and I would have loved to see more episodes with Snap ending up in situations in the Real World where he has to interact with the adults. Very, very amusing. xD

Yes, this episode is proof they are friends and not just... "barely tolerating each other's presence". XD
Hahaha, yes. Snap having to pose as a foreign exchange student and talking with more adults and trying to keep up with the charade would be hilarious. XD Especially when he doesn't understand some basic concepts of the real world and confuses the heck out of the adults. XD

Yep. xD
Yes, exactly! In my old stories, I would always put moments like that when I could because it was so greatly amusing to me.

If I do another story of Snap ending up in the real world, I'll probably try to include a scene with him trying to interact with an adult because it would be fun to write. XD
I still wish I could read that old 2005 fanfic you told me a bit about. I'm curious to know what happens to Snap!

Yes, do that! It would be awesome.
Haha, it is so old...I don't know if I'll ever type it up. xD But it's still really special to me...I want to find it again.

I'm curious to learn more about the story, like how Snap ends up trapped, how he deals with being trapped in the real world, how his friends try to help him, how they even manage to get that small bit of food you talked about to me once, and how they get back into ChalkZone. I wonder if they write notes to Biclops to inform him of what's going on.

As for the food they managed to make (long story, too hard to explain xD) a small portal (but only a small one) really quick, and found Rapsheeba to bring him some food. But before they could get her to get magic chalk, they were forced to erase it because someone was coming (and they were not in a safe place). The rest I can't remember the details of right now.

That must have been so sad when they had to erase the portal. D: I wonder if they cried after that, when they realized they just erased their one chance to get some magic chalk and get their friend back home.

Well they didn't really have much time to react, they were in BIG trouble at that point (and by that I mean actual danger) so they were more scared than anything. It was later when things calmed down that they could start to dwell on it and be sad.
