This is a show I thought I wouldn't like, but I gave it a chance and it grew on me. It looks really cartoony and silly, but it has a lot of great character development, deep stories, a tragic history, and some intense drama. The characters evolve and change overtime, to the point where the characters of the newest season are quite different and distinct from the first season. The Ice King is my favorite character, and a great example of a tragic villain.

I love this show! I even have two t-shirts, a Finn hat, and a night dress of Lumpy Space Princess. It's a lot better than what it looks like first glance (and it was one of the first really good shows after CN was in a rut in the mid-to-late 2000s. To me, Foster's and Camp Lazlo were the last good ones, Chowder and Flapjack were also great, but premiered during the rut, and well...we're never speaking of CN Real). It's funny, it has great character development and drama...it's seriously my favorite CN show right now (but not my favorite CN show of all time...that title goes to The Powerpuff Girls for me). Plus, Princess Bubblegum and Penny are played by the same woman, and that's awesome  |

I think Princess Bubblegum and Lemongrab both have the same catch phrase as Penny, don't they? "This is unacceptable!" I could be mistaken though.
